The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together. Obi-Wan ...
Every culture and society can usually relate to the idea of The Force in some way because it connects us to the basic ideas of good vs. evil, it reflects feelings and beliefs around our most ancient traditions and enduring religious mythologies communicating universal truths without confining the force energy to one particular group or structure.
"The act of living generates a force field, an energy. That energy surrounds us; when we die, that energy joins with all the other energy. There is a giant mass of energy in the universe that has a good side and a bad side. We are part of the Force because we generate the power that makes the Force live. When we die, we become part of that Force, so we never really die; we continue as part of the Force."
The Force was an energy field that connected all living things in the galaxy. The power of the Force could be used by individuals who were sensitive to it, a power that was tapped through training and knowledge of the force.
Technically speaking The Force wasn't created. It was always there. The Force in the Star Wars universe takes into account 6 principle aspects:
1. Light side : Morally good; the power of compassion, selflessness, self-knowledge and enlightenment, healing, mercy and benevolence
2. Dark side : Morally bad; the power of hatred, fear, covetousness, anger, aggression, jealousy and malevolence
3. Living force : Energy of living things
4. Unifying force : Space & Time
5. Cosmic force : Life & Death
6. Physical force : These are the laws governing the functioning of the universe
For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes. Even between the land and the ship.”- Yoda

Kundalini is the term for "a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine", conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent.
Kundalini is the divine energy force, guiding mankind through the evolution of higher states of consciousness. At its core, it is responsible for all of our extraordinary talents, intuition, genius, inspiration, and spiritual illumination. I firmly believe that a deeper scientific investigation of Kundalini can, and will, lead to a new understanding of evolution, religion, insanity, psychic gifts, and other mentally related aspects of humankind.
You may have heard of your chi or life force. Kundalini is the Sanscrit name given to this energy. It is believed that Kundalini energy is created as we are born, and that it lies coiled up at the base of our spines, like a sleeping serpent. Many people may encounter difficulties with their health if the energy unravels suddenly and unexpectedly. There is a myriad of undiagnosed health issues plaguing people around the globe who cannot seem to find scientific answers to their puzzling physical symptoms, and I can assure you that a lot of this populous is being affected by the sudden awakening of their Kundalini energy. With the correct guidance, this energy can move from having negative implications to incredibly positive ones.
The image of a rising serpent is used in many cultures as a symbol for health and vitality. You may have even noticed that organizations such as the World Health Organization have a coiling serpent as their insignia. This is because the correct use of this life force, or energy, can have tremendous benefits for all aspects of your health; mentally, spiritually and physically.
When Kundalini is awakened through alignment and attunement to the higher planes and their corresponding vibrations, we are quickened in the heat of divine fire. Once the energy is awakened and converted into inner power, we, like the snake, become transformed. We develop and gain a greater understanding of the workings of the universe and our place in the cosmos and are able, for the first time in our lives, to face death and see it not as the enemy but as just another doorway to the next plane of existence.
Tapping into this energy as it unfurls allows us to feel blessed in the sensations brought forth by that joyful and essential part of ourselves; our soul. Once we understand and accept that we are not here to fight death off, but to enjoy an enlightened experience, we remove the fear and anxiety from our lives and achieve a deep inner peace as well as the desire to help our fellow travelers along this journey of physical existence. Ultimately, it helps us to lead a fuller and more meaningful life; one that is abundant.
You have to be willing to let your old life go, and to allow yourself to die before being reborn in unison with your Kundalini energy.
Kundalini yoga is a technology thousands of years old that helps you align with your authentic self. It works to realign all of the systems in the body in order to function at optimal levels so that an abundant amount of energy can flow through you.
As a result of practicing this yogic technology, the kundalini energy locked at the base of the spine begins to flow upwards through the upper chakras. When this happens, you can experience expanded and heightened consciousness as old problems, patterns, and identities begin to fall away.
All yoga works to unlock this vital energy at the base of the spine which gives heightened consciousness and healing. However kundalini yoga does it at an expedited pace, such that miraculous transformation can happen in a short amount of time.
This deeply transformative practice allows one to merge with and relate to the infinite aspect of yourself and universal consciousness. Everyone will have a unique experience when practicing kundalini yoga, but the benefits of healing and transformation are unparalleled, in my experience.
Practicing kundalini yoga quickly develops your intuition by activating the pineal gland and pituitary gland, also known as the third eye point, which works to balance the entire glandular system and bring you back into balance and harmony with the flow of the universe. A new level of ease can be experienced when the intuition is activated and trusted.
This deeply healing transformational technology has the capacity to shift the consciousness of humanity, allowing us to solve the problems that we face today from a space of expanded and heightened consciousness.
The techniques of kundalini had previously been kept secret because of the power that they bestow on practitioners. However Yogi Bhajan, a master teacher of kundalini yoga, foresaw the challenges that would be faced in this time, and openly taught in the United states from 1969 - 2004 in order to provide a foundation of teachings that would help people during this turbulent and computerized time that he called the Aquarian Age.
Yogi Bhajan spoke of an increasing pressure on the planet as a result of computerized technology and knew that people would seek relief from this pressure through the practice of kundalini yoga.
Incorporating a kundalini practice into your daily life will allow you space for reflection and processing of inner turmoil so that you can approach your life from a space of clarity and higher perspective.
Once you are operating from a space of higher knowing, new opportunities and circumstances begin to open up. As your evolution is accelerated, you become able to help more people and act from a space of higher meaning and purpose.
Raising your consciousness helps you to experience happiness and ease in life. Kundalini works incredibly quickly to raise your consciousness making it a profound pathway for healing, transformation, and happiness. -Ongkarjeet kaur

It is the energy field that surrounds you, and that alerts you to positive and negative influences in your environment. A weak aura can let in negative influences, and even attract them. A big, strong, bright aura can protect you from negativity and keep you centered in the light of your true identity.

This gives you greater awareness and ability to choose how you respond to your thoughts and feelings. Through practice, you can train your mind and body not to react emotionally—not by repressing emotions, but by developing a buffer zone, a time and space in which to process and make conscious choices about your responses.Develop the neutral mind, the place where the positive and the negative are evaluated in an instant, and you can act from that state of non-attachment, compassion, and neutrality. Act, don’t react.
